Registering at 99JIL is free and takes under two minutes. Go to our Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a username and password. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify and activate your account. That's it — ready ka na mag-laro!

Anyone who is at least 18 years old and physically located in the Philippines can register a 99JIL account. Age and identity verification is required before you can make your first deposit. Players under 18 are strictly not allowed, walang exception.

No. Each person is allowed only one (1) 99JIL account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. If you're having trouble accessing your account, contact our support team rather than registering again.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and we'll send you a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. If you still can't access your account after resetting, email our support team at support@99jil.net and we'll sort it out for you.

Log in to your 99JIL account, go to Account Settings, and update any details that have changed — such as your email address or mobile number. Some changes (like legal name corrections) require identity verification documents. Email support@99jil.net for those requests.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on 99JIL is ₱100. This applies across all payment methods — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, and bank transfers via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or Visa/Mastercard. It's designed to be accessible for every Filipino player, whether you're trying the platform for the first time or topping up a small amount.

99JIL accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are also supported. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are typically instant — your 99JIL balance updates in seconds. InstaPay and bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

99JIL does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your e-wallet or bank for their applicable charges before transferring funds.

Withdrawals

Most e-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) typically take 1–3 banking days. Withdrawal processing happens during business hours, Monday to Saturday. Requests submitted on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal at 99JIL is ₱200. You can withdraw to any payment method linked to your verified account — GCash, Maya, or your registered bank account. To ensure smooth processing, make sure your withdrawal account details are accurate and up to date in your profile settings.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your account hasn't completed full identity verification (KYC), if a bonus wagering requirement hasn't been met, or if there's a mismatch in your payment details. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 banking days, contact our support team at support@99jil.net with your withdrawal reference number.

Yes. Before processing a withdrawal, 99JIL requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, Passport) and a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. This process protects both you and the platform.

Responsible Gaming
