99JIL Terms and Conditions –
Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 99JIL platform — whether through our website at 99jil.net or any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is legally binding.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 99JIL platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any updates that may be posted from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and play on 99JIL, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 99JIL does not allow access to anyone under the legal gambling age in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in, or a resident of, the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gambling under Philippine law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

99JIL reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity at any point. Acceptable forms of ID include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS or GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC Professional ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

If we discover that a player has misrepresented their age or eligibility, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently banned. We take age verification seriously — hindi ito pwedeng balewalain.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 99JIL platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all bonuses and winnings associated with them will be voided, and the accounts will be closed.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Do not use another person's identity or create an account on behalf of someone else.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 99JIL will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via support@99jil.net.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 99JIL platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). We accept the following payment methods for deposits:

• GCash – instant deposit via mobile wallet
• Maya (PayMaya) – instant deposit via mobile wallet
• GrabPay – via GrabPay wallet balance
• Coins.ph – via Coins.ph cryptocurrency and peso wallet
• InstaPay / PESONet – bank transfer via PH interbank networks
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank – online banking portals
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are typically credited to your 99JIL account within minutes, though bank transfers via PESONet may take up to one (1) banking day. 99JIL does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed if detected.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 2–24 hours on business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest.
• 99JIL reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met (see Section 6). Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

99JIL regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral incentives, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to verified Filipino players aged 18 and above.
• Each player may only claim each bonus once, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount, unless specified differently in the promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in each offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your balance.
• 99JIL reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or reverse arbitrage betting — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

7 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the 99JIL platform — including Sabong, Tongits, Roulette, Jackpot Slots, Card Games, Fishing Games, and Baccarat — has its own set of specific game rules. These are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General gameplay rules that apply across all 99JIL games include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems, except for live dealer games which are conducted in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, 99JIL reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not responsible for payouts on games affected by bugs, server interruptions, or connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Game results displayed in the 99JIL system are final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

8 Responsible Gaming

99JIL is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gaming habits among all Filipino players. Gaming should remain an enjoyable recreational activity — it should never become a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered 99JIL players:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive alerts when you've been playing for an extended period.
• Self-Exclusion – Temporarily or permanently suspend your own account if you feel you need a break.
• Reality Checks – Pop-up notifications showing how long you've been playing and your net position.

To access these tools or to request self-exclusion, visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to register a new account or accept bonus offers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99JIL platform:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using stolen credit/debit cards or fraudulent payment methods
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Using any software exploit, bot, or automated system to interact with games
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99JIL staff or other players via any communication channel
• Providing false identity or document information during KYC verification
• Circumventing geo-restriction measures to access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction

Any violation of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

99JIL collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect your data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99JIL shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform
• Interruptions to the service due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials
• Decisions made by individual players based on game outcomes or information displayed on the platform

Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the balance in that player's 99JIL account at the time of the incident.

12 Account Termination

You may close your 99JIL account at any time by contacting our support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to verification and standard processing times.

99JIL reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time
• Prolonged account inactivity (12 months or more without a single login)

In cases of termination due to rule violations, 99JIL reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

99JIL may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication.

Your continued use of the 99JIL platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of the 99JIL platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the player and 99JIL.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact our support team at support@99jil.net before escalating any dispute.
